Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using ReturnLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Description of service

ReturnLens is a return analytics platform for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands. It allows you to upload order and return data (via CSV), analyse return patterns by SKU, category, and reason, and receive recommendations for reducing return rates.

Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Free vs paid plans

Free plan — Access to CSV upload, the analytics dashboard, and rule-based recommendations. No data persistence between sessions.

Pro ($49.99/mo) — Everything in Free, plus 12 months of analytics history, AI recommendations powered by GPT-4o, Shopify integration (1 store), weekly email reports, and 3 seats.

Business ($149.99/mo) — Everything in Pro, plus 36 months of history, up to 5 Shopify stores, and unlimited seats.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your paid plan at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@returnlens.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Prohibited uses

  • Using the service to upload data you do not own or have rights to process
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service or its APIs
  • Sharing account credentials with more users than your plan permits
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations

Disclaimer of warranties

ReturnLens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analytics and recommendations will be accurate or suitable for any particular business decision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReturnLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
